Not delivering on turn around times

I ordered a new fibre installation and the turn around time given for installation was a week. When I enquired after a week they said 14 days. So they make promises to get you to sign up but then when it comes to delivering on their promises they simply don’t and offer weak excuses without even remotely trying to assist and do something about it. Pathetic service!
