Not Cancelling My ADSL Line

I have used the \world class"web interface to cancel my adsl line and two weeks before the end date someone at afrihost reversed the request. I still do not know why did they do that but I have been struggling ever since to get the adsl line cancelled so that I cancel my Telkom telephone line.<br> <br> I have to pay an extra two months for the Telkom line because Afrihost do not care about their customers and does not take the request seriously. I am still waiting for them to cancel the line"
