Not canceling as requested.

Canceled my subscription, LTE, as installed fibre. On Afrihost site shows cancelation pending since 29 July..... Helped by Clinton G who just said they will cancel end of July. Also deducted the premium but never allocated the data. What do I do with 2 subscriptions? Will learn from this and cancel my other services with Afrihost as well.
