Not being honest

I recently signed up for a new fibre contract with Afrihost. It's now a week and I have not yet been connected. When I did a follow up I was told that Vumatel is still busy putting its infrastructure and they don't even know when they will be done. I think Afrihost is not being honest on their website when they indicate that my area has got fibre coverage.They should tell potential customers that the fibre network is still under construction.Its disappointing to wait for something without a timeline.
