Not AFRIHOST. ANY OTHER ISP

Every month my network has been slow and I complained. I was told to upgrade my line, I did paid the difference. They only upgraded for a few hours and it’s back to the previous plan. And all these problems happen when they have knocked off. No one can assist. I’m frustrated because they will not refund me for the day
