Nonsensical answers

No notification on Afrihost website that there is an outage in my area. I contacted help service via the whatsapp helpline. I enquire on the lack of notification on the Afrihost website. I am told by Mandla S that your website is not updated because the technicians did not provide an "ETA".. Im assuming ETR. Youre kidding Thats a half witted answer. Afrihost doesnt notify client of an outage because they do not have an ETR... wow. Either way I use MWEBs network status page anyway as theyre up to date
