Nonsense service

Terrible service, I’m paying over 1000 rands for WiFi and I’ve spent almost every weekend of this month with no internet. Afrihost consultants gave me a run around and found myself speaking to over 5 of them about the same problem. I am constantly the one initiating and I’m spending even more money on unnecessary phone calls that have me on hold for over 30 minutes. If I’m paying over 1000 there should be no particular reason I should spend over 8 days without internet. Their consultant “Lebo” is particularly the reason for this review.
