None Stop Problems With Line And No FIXING

Good Day<br> <br> For the past 9 months, i've been with Afrihost. Here and there was faults with the line and got sorted, This is now the second post for Afrihost I'm doing and so unsatisfied and angry that i've reached my limit with this DSL line, But unfortunately it's not all Afrihost fault. the main problem is Telkom, Only problem is Afrihost is supposedly to handle telkom side for me, but recently i am in a loop of mails where i have to send repeated images, and test test accounts them so they can see the problem , yet the problem has never been solved and by using images sent 10 times we can see it is the line, Line runs fine few hours and then just starts dropping each 10-15 minutes, I've changed settings/Routers even filters. nothing same results. even with test accounts, now im asking after this continues of 2 months how long more must i wait for Afrihost.telkom management to start acting up when this problem is not getting sorted ?. I am getting response but nothing to actually say its been fixed. also line was normally stable with 10ms to local , now it is between 40-80ms and unstable as hell and non stop dropping afrihost says its fine is it really? NO, please hello peter help!
