Non-working prodcuts and unwilling support staff

I was a real supporter of Afrihost, but since my last few encounters, I have lost all interest in their services. Their support staff doesn't really want to help and there services / product doesn't function as promise. My experiences include a 10mb/s fibre line that I only gives me at best 3mb/s to the email hosting that blocks all incoming email. And every time I ask for assistance their support staff "helps" to no affect.
