Non Support for Small Business

On the 20th October at 09:34:21am I posted a post on how my photos were not displaying correctly on my photography website. After weeks of back and forth, Finally Nkosi assisted... A representative from the social media department contacted me and PROMISED that I would get one months free due to the HUGE inconvenience... Till date I have not received the credit of R99 on the account. The debit order has now bounced as I have not made provision for the extra amount promised to me.... I have this all in email writing and am fed up with Afrihost.<br> <br> Please sort this out now as I am not prepared to get the account suspended due to your incompetence!!!!!
