Non-performance of Service

I app**** and paid everything in full for fibre installation on 29th April 2020. There was a long period of lethargy in the beginning but eventually my order was placed and accepted by SADV and was duly informed that installation will take 2 weeks. The router was delivered promptly within a few days and continued to wait for the installation. Two weeks passed and nothing. After the third week I called to enquire and was assured the SADV team will arrive any day. After waiting for what seemed like eternity, I enquired again (24th June 2020) with Afrihost and was informed that SADV had merged with some other company and my order, in all likelihood, would have fallen through the cracks during the merger. A new order was placed with me from scratch and again, I received an email confirmation that my installation will be completed in two weeks. Just like the first time, nothing happened to this day. There has not been any contact to me by Afihost nor SADV.

I'm at a point where I have no choice but to write this review. Afrihost and SADV having the worst service ever. In fact, they have no service whatsoever. That is why I feel they don't even deserve this 1 start.

I would not recommend Afrihost nor SADV to anyone. These companies are seriously *********** and are just not worth it.
