Non-functional support lines
HOURS in the call queue. Only to have the call drop unanswered. HOURS in the whatsapp chat, waiting for a response, but nothing.
I am an ex Afrihost employee. I also used to work for Vox Telecoms long before that. I have NEVER in my 13 years in the field experienced an hour long hold time, let alone that time multip**** many times over.
Your support structured is broken Afrihost...
