Non Existing service from Afrihost

It seems that Afrihost is happy to accept that customers are disconnected by Afrihost suppliers on instructions from Afrihost competitors. They do not follow up on calls, refuse to transfer you to a manager, refuse to provide you with information. Yet they are very happy to debit your account. Finally figured out that their staff are working from home - so it seems that it is better to take a call, brush of a customer as quickly as possible so that they can get back to watching TV and relaxing.
