Non existent service

Terrible shipping. Terrible customer support. Regret ever purchasing from them.

Promised to receive my parcel within 3 business days, now a week later and it shows up. Support is literally non existent. No phone support. Waited 3 hours now for them to call me back. Whatsapp support takes 10 minutes to reply between messages.

Ridiculous. Have more success dealing with Telkom.
