NON EXISTENT HOSTING

I have had the miss fortune of being stupid enough to sign up with these *********** people to host my new company web site. I signed up on Saturday. From Monday to Wednesday I had no emails despite numerous calls, each one resulting in them telling me it will be sorted out in 20 minutes. 20 Minutes later all is fine, 2 hours later gone are the e-mails again. On Thurday I sent them a mail about the fact that I could not access the webmail site, even sent a screen shot and the fools ask me to use a certain of their webmail viewers, how the hell can I when I cant log on to choose which mail viewer to use.

This this evening I got home and wanted to start doing some work on the website, so went to the site and "site has been reserved for a client" RESERVED????? DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE READY?????????? Its been up and running since Sunday, a look at the root directory shows that my index.htm has disappeared rendering my site useless.

Well I guess you get what you pay for buy cheap get ****.
