Non existent customer service

I bought their 'special' indoor LTE router with 55 gigs data pm. Router delivered on 23rd Jan 2018, after two week wait. The router does not work. Afrihost has been contacted daily since the 23rd, every call centre agent had a different story. Today we are told cancellation will cost R1000.00! So far Afrihost has taken R 1 800.00 from me, cost me an additional R250 00 in phone calls, lost my daughter R 20 000.00 in income and they want ME to go to their offices to look at the router! Unacceptable, money making ****!
