Non existant services from Afrihost and withholding internet from students that need it to study

I cancel the "contract" that I had with Afrihost on the portal, like they requested, 2020-08-01. Now I am told it is not cancelled because of "extended validation". What dies that mean? I have 2 children that are studying from home because of covid so they need internet, wgich they didn't get during Sept 2020 because of Afrihost. Now they still don't have internet because of what?
