Non delivery of Sim card after multiple support issues raised

I have been with Afrihost since they where a small company in 2009 and this is the worst service that I have received from them to date.

I order a sim card on 08 July 2017 and after multiple support issues raised on their website and calls made to the call center I have still not received anything. The support issues I raise keep being closed as resolved with the last message in the chain being me saying that I'm still waiting for the promised call that would have happened a week back or from the agent saying that the query had been escalated. To no avail.

Would someone at Afrihost please look at what the call center agents are doing because you are going to lose a long term client.
