Non delivery and poor, arrogant customer service...

Pathetic customer service and non delivery on promises. 2 months ago I app**** for a router and LTE deal for R299 a month and was promised delivery within 3-5 working days. I never received anything, tried following up and never got any responses. Over a month later I still don't have anything and I make other arrangements with another service provider and email and cancel with afrihost. The day after cancelling I get a phone call saying it's with the courier and will be delivered shortly. I advise the consultant that I am not interested and have cancelled. Now, just over a month later again, I have been debited (which I reversed) and am bugged constantly by SMS and email stating that my service will be suspended...strange because I still have not received anything from them!!! The latest consultant to email me tells me that their records show I have received the unit...where two days ago the consultant didn't know where the unit was...all irrelevant...I have cancelled, there was no delivery within the promised/contracted time-frame so any 'contract' is therefore null and void...PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...
