NOGO for Afrihost

Really not happy that we as end-users have to be off-line for hours on end without Afrihost even sending us a note (SMS or WhatsApp as example.) Even worse is the duration and frequency of the outages that is going for being ridiculously bad. Really reconsider a different Fiber provider as Afrihost don't care to provide exceptional end-user service.
