No wifi, no help

For 4 days I've been trying to resolve my wifi issues with Afrihost. Today they escalate it to a person who didn't even know my name. For 4 days I've changed settings, sent screenshots, still no wifi. Then their solution is to pass me to someone who has zero record of what's been done thus far and wants to start again from scratch? How about NO Afrihost.
