No wifi for a week!

I haven't had WIFI for a week. I have engaged with several agents but no one seems to know what the issue is. It is NOT an Vuma issue, but Afrihost router. Insult to injury was spending an HOUR with an agent only to find out the next day they had cancelled the ticket! Please help!!!!!!!!
