No wifi for 2 weeks - no technician, no help

Honestly the worst ISP in South Africa. Customer support is completely useless. Wifi has been off for more than a week and they have made no effort at all to send out a technician or help in any way. Are you wiping your asses with the money people pay you for services or do you just have a team of *********** people running the show?
