No wifi

They charge us the price of a 100mg line when we where on a 50 mg line when my husband complained and asked then to correct it our wifi just cut off. Its been 3 days now my husband been on the phone with then as all the devices asks about 5 times a day to be activated and it still doesn't work. So we just paying for no wifi as its difficult because my sister needs it for her online classes. The consultants are no help on the phone.
