no to poor communication

Renewed a domain, R199(*******) was debited after a few days another debit for the same domain, have been struggling to get answers from Afrihost as they keep beating around the bush. Even mailed Gian Visser twice and no one gets back to me I have 3 tickets codes so poor is the service I have been getting with the accounts department. When will you sort this out as I need to register another domain but don't want to pay double for that as well and not get the domain or some other Unexplained reason from Afrihost, or even better the standard I have received "NO COMMUNICATION". I have tried sorting this out for more than a week now, pitty I had to come on hellopeter to get assistance, well hopefully anyway.
