No time for bad service.

First off, your templates are so ridiculously limited, I don't understand how you don't have proper options available? That could have been overlooked if the actual site builder worked. The drop zone has been disabled for days. I logged a service call to make the tech team aware of this on 27 August 2015, and I only got an email back saying they will look into it. It's now the 31st and I still have no response. I can't work like this. And on top of all this, I got two 3 different tax invoices. Let me make myself very clear: If Afrihost debits my account for services I could not use from day one I will file a complaint with the ombudsman. Please cancel my entire account with Afrihost and cancel my domain as I will move it over to someone else that will be cheaper, quicker and have more options. And please don't call me to try talk me out of it. I really am not going to change my mind.
