NO Technical support - Poor service

I have been struggling for 3 weeks with intermittent email. When phoning for Technical support one gets a recorded message saying that "Due to high call volumes Afrihost is unable to help". One can however get through to sales, and when trying to get to speak to someone in technical support this way one is met by the partonising voice of Sheldon - The hosting manager who does not give his surname due to "privacy reasons"! - Unbelievably poor service!! Avoid at all costs!!
