No support - wasted my time moving to them.

Seems I'm not alone in my experience with Afrihost.

Once you move to them you get zero support, thought because they had a presence on mybroadband you'd at least get a response there, but the agents flat out ignore you.

Connection goes down frequently during loadshedding, Octotel refer me to my ISP - my ISP being Afrihost - who do absolutely nothing.
