No support service available

Having issues with my website / server hosted with Afrihost. Tried to contact them telephonically for support which they no longer are available on. I was then directed towards Whattsapp group which they simply do not respond to. I am now stuck with my website and can no longer add plugins or update to the latest wordpress platform.

Will be cancelling with them on Monday. I do not recommend using Afrihost.
