No Support. No signal. No service. Don't care attitude.

Afrihost advertises their spectacular LTE service through Rain, entices you to buy and turns out no signal in the area that is supposedly smack bang in the middle of their coverage area. From 1 to 5 mb/s download and NOTHING upload. Support calls are met by deaf ears. 2 responses, both useless. One stating that there should be coverage, the other giving instructions for configuration changes on a router completely different to mine. It has now been almost 5 days and no further word from Afrihost support. They simply don't care and giving the impression that they don't want my business.
