No support if internet is not working

So this is now a month I am sitting with out internet. They have no interest to help us. I have told them, even send a video on what is going on. And no help. I will tell them this vumatel modem is not working and they keep on telling me to do a rest even if I told them is not working the is no internet at all. Good internet if you have it. But if something do happen dont expect any help.
