No Support
Our email is hosted by Afrihost. The dns is not working. You cant get past level 1 support to have it fixed. Suport mails are not answered. Even their COE Gian is not responding to requests for service. This is an intemittant problem for a year. Evey call you need to go thru the entire problem. And after a frustating time you get a bandaid fix. There is nocare or customer service. A lotnof we are sorry but no solution

21 Feb 2026, 13:12 Headline: 52+ HOUR BUSINESS BLACKOUT – Technical Negligence & "Mushroom Policy" at AfrihostTicket Reference: #CAE-***-**-****Our comany has been in a severe operational failure for over 52 hours. Despite providing objective, third-party technical evidence, Afrihost Support has retreated into "Ostrich Mode," ignoring the reality of a global DNS failure. The Technical Reality:
- Registry Mismatch: A live DNS Trace proves the ZACR (.co.za) Parent Registry is stale (dated Oct 2025). The global internet is being sent to a dead-end, while Afrihost technicians (specifically Abhijith) insist "it's working" because they are only looking at their own internal clusters.
- The "Passport" Problem: Because of this registry mismatch, our outgoing mail lacks a valid SPF/DMARC "passport." Consequently, business-critical emails sent to Gmail and other strict domains are being "vaporized" in cyberspace without bounce-backs.
- SMTP Failure: Their assigned mail gateway (spe11.ucebox.co.za) is throwing a "451 relay not permitted" error—a fatal internal misconfiguration.
