No Support at call center

It's nearly impossible to resolve an issue as their technical support center no longer accepts calls. You either have to use their "super-fast" whatsapp support, which you're lucky if you get a reply on, or their live chat which is anything but as no one responds. Alternatively you can request a call back, which can take hours to be returned.
