No Support and paying for more than what I get

I am paying for a 200MB line while I only have 100MB. Afrihost support is not responding. I've been dealing with two agents at Afrihost, the last time I heard from the one was 9 days ago and the other one is 12 days ago. I've sent at least 8 emails to them since then with no response. Sad to say it has to come to an end, because I've with been with Afrihost for more than 10 years.
