No support

Its absolutely shocking how terrible your support channels are. I have logged a whatsapp support ticket, and have been waiting over an hour, i have requested a call me back and its past the time given to me via an sms that you have sent me stating i would receive a call between 17:59 and 18:29 today. Please dont create false expectations
