No Solutions

I have been with Afrihost for many years and have also been happy.<br> <br> For the last couple of weeks I have really battled to get correct assistance from Afrihost. My server keeps giving me internal server errors and my website can't function properly due to time out restictions.<br> <br> Every time I call someone in support says they've made adjustments or will work on the problem and never phone me back. The only guy that I can say really tried to help me was Bennie.<br> <br> Yesterday after being on the phone with him for almost 3 hours we could not find a solution to my problem and he spoke to server admin. They made Bennie aware that they know what the issue is and that they just have to make a couple of adjustments. 20 hours later and I still haven't heard from server admin.<br> <br> Im not one to complain so I hope by putting my complaint on here someone will help me and I can carry on being a Happy Afrihost client again
