No solutions

I ordered fibre from Afrihost on the 22nd of September. That Friday Openserve just rocked up with no warning causing me issues at work cause now I need to go home due to there lack of communication. They installed the fibre but there is an issue on the pole according to the technician. They said it would be fix it by the 26th September that day came and nothing changed thats when I got my first reference number and escalation from you NO. PQQ-***9. Then I got a call from Openserve contractor saying they can't fix my fibre because I gave them the wrong address even though it was the same guy who installed my fibre. Then he said I must fix there mistake by going to telkom when I am with @Afrihost. There system showed the correct address and it was an error on Openserve side yet still nothing happened. After that Afrihost gave me a new reference number VAT ***6. Apparently my problem was escalated again and was to be resolved by the 7th October according to Openserves feedback. Then came the 8th and my ticket was closed even though the Fibre wasn't fixed. There solution just give a new reference number. Now tell how giving me a new reference number is going to fix my issue when customer service seems to lacking severely and Afrihost just closes tickets without dealing with them. I am so frustrated Afrihost has no idea but then they say they know how I feel and say sorry for the inconvenience yet they are all just empty words. Which bring no changed to the current situation. What do I need to do to get service. They clearly have no intention on actually helping me. But let's ask for his ID NO. and email address and remember not to help him. Also let's escalate it to prove to just how bad there customer service really is.
