No Service........hello is anybody home!!!!!

Tried to call many times....no joy! Tried Whatsapp chat....no joy! Tried on line chat....no joy! Guess what.....you keep getting directed to "Self Help". What's the point of paying for service if you must try help yourself. Gian your company was great 10 years ago, unfortunately you have lost touch with your customers. I will be changing my SP shortly!
