No Service since signing up. And they want a cancellation fee

What an awful company. I had a line installed by these clowns and I haven’t had internet since they came to my apartment. Multiple days of no internet. I asked to cancel because I want to go to a company with some degree of service - THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE. For a service they never provided
