No Service or Support

Why is it that what was once an amazing ISP has hit the bottom of the drain with their poor service delivery and horrible hosting. I cannot believe once again that i am dealing with an issue i have dealt with before where its never your fault that all email address in my office do not work, someone has reset the codes on every single one at the same time... Its not our fault... Then eventually after the 5th phone call and waiting for over 2 hours a person helps and fixes the problem. I really don't understand how and why your clients must struggle to get a hold of you when having issues with email. this is a big part of a company and no one can assist or even bother to phone you back. Your service is terrible, your waiting times are extremely bad and the fact no one bothers to phone back tells me that Afrihost are definitely not who they used to be.
