No service or support!

Our client began with Afrihost and decided to keep their old hosting where it was.

When new consultants started they required new email account. We discovered that the was an OPT implemented, the only problem was that when the domain was resisted years ago they had a different number and email address. Both dont exist.

They requested for documents and photos as proof of the account holder.

This was sent on the 9th of October 2018.

To this day nothing has been done and no one can assist.

As far as they are concerned they wish to move everything away from Afrihost because the lack of service.

Please could you look for the email that was sent and contact the client.
