No service or assistance

I have paid for a new fibre installation and received the modem, but having troubles with the system. I contacted the Afrihost team on the 30th of January at ********** for assistance and again via their Whatsapp support number as well as another email ********** on the 1st of February 2019. I had no response from any of the contact methods.

The next step would be to cancel my monthly depot order and service.
