No service, no support, no refund 6 months later!!

I was told Afrihost would reverse their \upstream provider\" charges. I cancelled services August after more than a month with NO TECH ON SITE to investigate the problem. I was still billed the full amount for ADSL and data in September despite having no service.<br> <br> To date charges for ADSL line rental as well as data have not been refunded. It took me 3 tickets to get my services cancelled despite cancelling through the user control panel - all the time Afrihost happily deducting for service not rendered."
