NO SERVICE & NO SUPPORT

I have been having problems with my internet connectivity for almost 3 months! Each time I send emails to the support team and get responses after a few days. Most of the time the problem is resolved after the account is refreshed. In the last 2 weeks, I’ve sent 3 emails as well as copied the accounts department as I have had no internet access!!! My internet is used for business!! NO responses received from anybody to date. When calling their number, I waited over 12 minutes for the call to be answered!

As Afrihost has failed to provide me with the service I paid for, I require a full refund and immediate cancellation of the service.
