No service, no care ( with apologies to Bob Marley)
As usual, the blame game. Afrihost blame FrogFoot , FrogFoot say all is good. I pay Afrihost however and have no access to Frogfoot and the feedback and support from Afrihost has been abysmal.
This whole month we’ve had minutes of uptime. Afrihost keep giving us a wan ip of 192.168.4.179. If their network is not compromised , their configuration is seriously ***** !
No response from the support email address (other than the automated response that is )
I will give you a 50/50 on whatsapp support – some of your what’s app support staff are awesome (Veronique P is a keeper) , the others are disasters. There is no middle ground. Angus , you need to review that department.

09 Feb 2023, 14:41Edit to add - They ask you to rate their service after each interaction. If you rate them well , they ask and direct you to a Facebook review. If you give them a less than stellar rating they don't. I'll leave their fears and why they don't to your imagination.
