No service from service provider

Worst service ever!!!! If you don’t have a pc with a network port they just refuse to help you!!! Not Afrihost or VUMATEL will help you. So you need to buy a computer to be able to do a test for them and if you don’t they just say sorry for the inconvenience!! How do you call yourselves a service provider? What happened to sending a technician???
