No service from afrihost

I am at afrihost and my internet are of from 31/05/2025 to 07/06/2025 and it dont get fix all they say its from frogfoot side and frogfoot have replace the ont and said all are fine at there side but afrihost dont do there beat so pls dont gi to afrihsot
