No service from afrihost

I have been trying to move my fiber line to Afrihost since 1 September. I have numerous tickets where they says they are trying to take over the line. Openserve confirmed that the line was released by 30 August. Every time I get told to wait 48 hrs. Is now 2 weeks. I can't even speak to a manager. This post is in hope that someone compitent will contact me.
