No service from Afrihost

Dear Afrihost, I do not have the time to sit and sort your problems out. That is what I pay you for. I have no connection now for a whole week. Despite the fact that you a very quick to take money from my bank, which, by the way, is 100% in working order, no one from Afrihost is even willing to investigate why I do not have any internet. How you can still be in business, is beyond me. You will probably not see the end of next year.
