No service from Afrihost

Shockingly poor service from the ISP, logged ticket after ticket after ticket with no satisfactory resolution to my new installation of fibre. No follow-ups from the ISP, complained to a senior manager who also did not bother to follow-up on my issue. In the end I resorted to cancelling the installation.
